Sign found in vehicle: “BTV172S   1977 BRISTOL VRTSL3 Originally built to the order of the East Midlands company for services in Nottinghamshire, this bus was eventually acquired for use as a film prop in the SPICE GIRLS film, being driven by Meat Loaf.  The interior view seen in the film were all recorded in a studio set; only the front entrance and the outside of the bus were used and changed for the filming .  The vehicle was give to the Trust by the film company in 1989.  It is hope to restore this bus and present inside the lower deck, a small tribute to the famous five”.
