Mariah wore the curve-hugging frock while having a romantic dinner with her husband Nick Cannon around the time of her one-year anniversary. The dress is said to be inspired by the scent of Mariah’s Luscious Pink fragrance. It was created when the singing siren gave her fans the opportunity to design a dress for her to wear, and lucky winner Julian Contreras of San Jose won the Luscious Pink Dress Design Competition.
